Eksistensi Fintech Syariah di Indonesia

Abstract

Digital technology is a breakthrough and new innovation in all economic activities. This can affect the trade, agriculture and specifically the financial sector. One sector that is currently being developed is Financial Technology or better known as Fintech which is the latest innovation today. the purpose of this study was to determine how the regulation and implementation of Fintech in Indonesia and its existence. This research uses normative research methods, where research is focused on legal norms or norms. Fintech has an existence in various forms, one of which is the existence of a breakthrough in technological progress in economic transactions called Fintech (Financial Technology). This shift in the business world has entered into all aspects that also affect progress in the world of economic transactions.

Abstrak

Teknologi digital merupakan terobosan serta inovasi baru dalam seluruh kegiatan ekonomi. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi sektor perdagangan, pertanian, dan secara khusus pada sektor keuangan. Salah satu sektor yang saat ini dikembangkan yaitu Financial Technology atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah Fintech yang menjadi inovasi terbaru masa kini. tujuan dari penelitian ini guna mengetahui Bagaimana Regulasi dan penyelenggaraan Fintech d indonesia maupun eksistensinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif, dimana penelitian yang difokuskan ke kaidah-kaidah atau norma-norma hukum. Fintech memiliki eksistensi dalam berbagaii bentuk salah satunya adalah adanya suatu terobosan kemajuan teknologi dalam bertransaksi ekonomi yang dinamakan dengan Fintech (Financial Technology). Pergeseran dunia bisnis tersebut sudah masuk dalam segala aspek yang juga mempengaruhi kemajuan dalam dunia transaksi ekonomi.
